Members’ Joining Methods

1. To participate in relevant books and intelligence units ordering Foreign and Chinese books of the Tianjin Library Collecting and Editing Center, please contact the Center and get the member library agreement.
    2. If you agree to the terms of the agreement, please hand personally or send by post the two copies of agreement to the Center after affixing your official seal on the agreement.
     3. After the receipt and the verification of the agreement, the Center will affix the official seal of “Collecting & Editing Center”, and promptly send a copy to the user, while another copy with be kept in the Center for record.
